The LAG Terre del Primitivo aim is to spread information about the benefits and opportunities offered by the “Terre del Primitivo” Local Development Plan which was created thanks to the Communitarian initiative Leader + Puglia 2000-2006. Our LDP strategy aims at developing a complex, diversified and integrated system of actions in order to build and spread a clear and recognizable identity of the area where the “DOC Primitivo Wine” is produced.

Innovation, aggregation, access to the market, development and promotion of eno-gastronomic tourism are the tools which will enable us to carry out our task.

The adopted strategy allows us to achieve the LDP objective which consists in strengthening the “Terre del Primitivo” local economic system and foster an integrated sustainable development based on the improvement of competitiveness and quality of typical local products and rural tourism.
